Where does your Coffee ship?

We currently ship from Canada and deliver orders domestically and internationally.

When can I expect the Coffee to be delivered?

Typically shipping takes about 4-9 business days but our shipping partners have reported delays in processing as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic. As a company that focuses heavily on customer satisfaction, this delay is not taken lightly by anyone on our team. We truly appreciate your business and your patience while we navigate this ongoing situation. 

Most of the coffees we ship are roasted to order.

We ship everything Monday morning, so the cut off time is Friday to have your order shipped out in that week's production.

If you ever need to expedite an order, just contact us and we'll do our best. 

Canada Post is currently our exclusive shipping carrier, so once the coffee is shipped delivery times are determined by them. Here's how some of their delivery times break down for domestic orders:

Shipping within Canada:

  • Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days.
  • Regular Parcel: 4-9 business days.

    How do I track the status of an order?

    When we ship each box, you'll receive a shipment notification by email. This email will contain a Canada Post tracking number which can be used to track status on the https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/ website.
