Domestic Shipping


Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery once your order has been processed.


Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $12 for orders under $75. Free shipping on orders over $75.


Carrier: We use a mix of carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS Canada Post to provide the best service.


Expedited Shipping:


Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after processing.
Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $12 for all orders.
Note: Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.


International Shipping


Delivery Time: Typically 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping Rate: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of the package.
Customs and Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Colorfull Coffee is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


During peak times, processing times may extend due to high demand. We appreciate your patience!
Tracking Your Order


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges


We strive to ensure you're delighted with your order. However, if you're not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your coffee to initiate a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged or incorrect item and send a replacement at no additional cost.
