Refund & Exchange Policy
Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if there was an error in your order, you were dissatisfied with your coffee, or have questions on how to brew it, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to help.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
