Refund Policy for Colorfull Coffee Company

Introduction
At Colorfull, we're committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Our refund policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for purchases made through our webshop. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our practices regarding your purchase(s).

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your purchase.
Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused. Coffee being a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is defective or if the quality is not as promised.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@canadianroastingsociety.ca. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.


Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@canadianroastingsociety.ca with details of the product and the defect or damage. You may be asked to provide photographs for proof. If the claim is justified, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
