Introducing "Plum Sparkle Berry Pie," a harmonious blend that artfully combines the vibrant, fruity notes of Bombe Lot 25 from Ethiopia with the rich, berry-infused profile of Granja Paraíso 92's Red Bourbon from Colombia. The Bombe Lot 25 contributes its signature flavors of grapefruit, honeydew melon, pear, raspberry, and black tea, imparting a lively and sparkling acidity. Complementing this, the Red Bourbon offers a medley of red apple, apricot, and berry notes, adding depth and sweetness to the blend. This fusion results in a cup that is both balanced and dynamic, with a delightful complexity that evokes the comforting essence of a berry pie.

We crafted "Plum Sparkle Berry Pie" to showcase the exceptional qualities of two distinguished coffees: the dense, tropical fruit-forward profile of Ethiopia's Bombe Lot 25 and the innovative, berry-rich character of Colombia's Granja Paraíso 92 Red Bourbon. By blending these coffees, we aim to offer a unique tasting experience that celebrates the artistry of coffee production and the diverse flavors that different regions and processing methods can achieve.
